Discussion list / blog

CIPESA aims to stimulate discussion between African stakeholders on international ICT policy issues. The CIPESA discussion list/blog will be the platform by which African stakeholders can engage with one another, raise and debate topics of interest, and share lessons learned and information about policies or projects undertaken. The objectives include preventing duplication of effort; forming partnerships across sectors; and raising the bar of African participation in international ICT policy processes.
