CIPESA Advisory Board

CIPESA is supported by a six-member Advisory Board comprising experts in the field who have detailed knowledge of the issues and challenges facing the deployment of ICT in Africa. The Board oversees the implementation of activities and provides direction for the substantive work of the collaboration. It also ensures that all stakeholders interests are considered, while at the same time helping to market CIPESA across the region and make introductions to high-level government officials and other stakeholders to ensure that its work is well received. Members have been selected as being representative of the region in terms of countries and sub-regional groups within the region, main stakeholder groups concerned, gender and other issues.
